How To Do Seated Forward Fold - Pilates Stretches

A 'how to' video on the Forward Fold. In this tutorial I'm using a band around the feet to encourage the range of movement to come from the hip and lower back. Working the flexibility in the pose by keeping the spine straight and not rounding the shoulders.
