10 Minute Arms & Legs ~ Pilates With Lucy

Three combination exercises to work your legs and arms. These three exercises are done with a Pilates mind to maintain alignment and core strength. When activating the naval to spine (transverse abdominis) you will support and strengthen the back. Use these exercises to get your body strong for daily lifting tasks at home and work.
