10 Minute Standing Pilates Leg Balances // Glutes, Legs

This video contains three combined standing Pilates balance exercises to strengthen your legs and glutes. We all know that balance gets harder as we get older so it's good to practice. If you don't feel confident with your balance just slow the exercises down and/or use a wall as a support. The balance exercises in this video will help to activate both sides of your brain and work with your co-ordination.
