Pilates Quadruped Leg Extensions - Beginners Pilates - Stability & Alignment Exercise

The Pilates Quadruped Leg Extension is one of the fundamental Pilates exercises. It is about postural alignment, stability and core strength. The body will learn how to use the Transverse Abdominis and Multifidus muscles to find steadiness and postural alignment.
