These four exercises are suitable for strengthening a weakened pelvic floor. These exercises are not suitable if you have a prolapsed pelvic floor. The four exercises include; Supine Pelvic Tilt, Supine Oblique Rotation, Supine Hip Abduction and Supine Leg Extensions. Do seek advice from your consultants before taking on any new exercises.
