Sit to Stand Progressions for Postural Alignment

This video focusses on progressions with the Sit to Stand exercise to help correct postural misalignments. The sit to stand exercise is used for strengthening the hip pre hip replacement and for rehabilitation post hip replacement. You need to wait until six to ten weeks post operation before you do this exercise and please consult your medical or therapeutic practitioners before doing sit to stand after a hip replacement to make sure this exercise is suitable for you.
