Pilates Threading The Needle Exercise - Variations & Modifications

This video demonstrates two variations of the Threading The Needle exercise. This exercise is wonderful for opening the shoulder and chest whilst increasing flexibility through the thoracic and cervical spine. If your shoulders feel tight or painful because you're holding your upper body tense this is the perfect exercise for releasing tension and increasing mobility.
