In this video I am demonstrating two exercises: The Pilates Chalk Circle and Pilates Arm Opens. Both of these exercises are excellent for stretching the chest (pectoral muscles) and the shoulders.

I am currently offering online Pilates classes and online Pilates Personal Training via Zoom. I can help with injury rehabilitation, pain relief, postural alignment and general fitness.

Please get in touch for details.
