Three variations of prone lying lumbar spine extension exercises for strengthening the lower back. These are advanced Pilates exercises, do not do these postures if you have a slipped disc, or spinal injury. These exercises mainly work on the erector spinae, transverse abdominis, gluteus maximus and triceps muscles; all together bringing strength to the back line of the body.
