The six exercises include; Pendulums, Internal Rotations (Isometric and moving), External Rotations (Isometric and moving), Scapular Squeeze, Scapular Retraction, Biceps Curl and Dumbwaiter. The combination of these exercises is designed to heal the rotator cuff and also strengthen and support all of the secondary muscles in and around the shoulder blade. Please do seek advice from a medical professional before you do any new exercises.
