4 Exercises For Functional Arm Strength In Older Adults

Four exercises to improve arm strength to deal with daily activities. In this video I address the actions of lifting and moving weight. These motions are expressed through lifting, reaching, pushing and pulling. The four exercises to strengthen these actions are: Upright Row, Shoulder Press, Shoulder Retraction and Press Up.
