Service Description
Remedial beginners level class suitable for injury rehabilitation, back pain, slipped disc, sciatica, osteoporosis and arthritis. Please get in touch to let me know if you have any injuries or illnesses I need to be aware of before you join the class.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking online up to 24 hours before the class starts, you will receive an email informing you that your session has been transferred to the following week. If you do not want to defur your payment to the following week you will receive a full credit back to your account (within 24 hours). Please kindly note that any bookings cancelled within 24 hours is non-transferable and non-refundable.
